Today I learnt how to strap and support different injuries like deep cuts, fractures, and head injuries, also learnt how to recognise a stroke or heart attack, and what to do in different emergency situations.

We are currently seeking trainee applicators to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a high standard of workmanship and be comfortable working at height. You will be required to work on your own and will need to be well organized.
This role will suit someone who is self-motivated and driven to complete the work to a high standard. Having a background in roofing or construction would be an advantage. This role may suit a semi-retired roofer who is looking for a role that is physically less demanding.
Having supportive qualifications, certificates or tickets would be an advantage but not necessary. A full and clean New Zealand driver’s license will be required.

UltiGroup/Egmont Doors Supply and service Residential and Industrial doors and automation in the Taranaki Area. With the growing workload in the Taranaki region, we are now in need of a Residential Installer on a contract basis. Workload will have an intended potential for growth to full-time.
As a Residential Installer contractor, you will lead the way completing installations, maintenance and service work, providing customer satisfaction through excellence in thoroughness, accuracy, and job completion to a high professional standard. You will need to be able travel across the wider Taranaki area, from Mokau to Wanganui.
The responsibilities will include:
• Installation of UltiGroup products – residential door and automatic openers
• Complete service requests
• Constantly monitor installation efficiencies with a view of continuous improvement of methods, timeframes and accuracy
• Retain and build excellent customer relationships while following H&S requirements
• Completing job sheets and relevant paperwork
This role will suit an enthusiastic person with the following attributes:
• Practical and hand-on experience as an installer
• Could also suit a builder or tradie who knows their way around doors and gates
• Hands-on with a positive attitude
• A strong desire for continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and relationship building ability
• Good sense of humour where you can work autonomously
